The selection process should be less about RFP's and more about use cases. Attendees will learn to align their business goals with the selection process and learn how their data is the single most important criteria for a successful implementation. The need for fit/gap analysis will also be discussed in order to leverage the efficiencies of the new technology over the desire to maintain existing processes.
