Teresa Davenport, M.S. is President of Davenport Design & Development, a training and development firm that powers D3 University. She has led and been a team member on more than 50 large-scale learning and organizational development projects in all organizational sectors, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, services, and government. Her passion is to empower others to use their knowledge, skills, and abilities at their highest level.
