A Career in Instructional Design
TrainingPros is pleased to present a recorded webinar that we recently hosted in our Learning Views series. Not surprisingly, “A Career in Instructional Design” proved very popular for our consultants. Thank you to our Harrisburg University partner for producing the webinar, and a great debt of gratitude to Maria Jones for leading the topic for all of us.
After an introduction by one of our Atlanta relationship managers, David Adelman, Maria led the participants through a lively interaction of her career and the aspirations of others on the webinar. Her candor and great advice really engaged the group as they examined the many skill sets required to evolve into an instructional designer who is in very high demand. If you missed the session, we hope you’ll spend a few minutes enjoying the recording and gleaning your own takeaways for your career.
It’s always a treat when our spotlighted consultant is recommended by multiple relationship managers from TrainingPros. This edition’s consultant is Deborah Coleman, and she was highly recommended by both Leigh Anne Lankford and Kelley Kalbas out of our Atlanta market. Kelley shared with us, “Deb is a dependable and hard-working instructional designer with good analysis and design skills. She also has the willingness to go the extra mile for our clients. We are lucky to have her as one of our long time consultants.”
Leigh Anne added this, “I first met Deborah in 2003 when we served on a project together. She is friendly but keeps her focus on the project. She consistently delivers instructionally sound deliverables that are high quality. I’m confident whenever I send her to a new client that she will ‘wow’ them. And at this point, our existing clients request her over and over.” Kelley and Leigh Anne, thank you for spotlighting Deborah. And, Deborah, we appreciate you at TrainingPros!
